Furniture, household appliances, tires and an assorted list of other discarded items were gathered and deposited into the dump. CORE president John Rubattino, board members Jason Quetel, Kitty Edwards and Edythe Dirks, and a number of volunteers, including youngster Kendrick Dietsch, participated in the cleanup.
