This document is a letter from Jack A. Goldberger outlining the terms of a pretrial intervention agreement for his client, Mr. Epstein, following a meeting on July 21, 2006. The agreement requires Epstein, at his own expense, to undergo polygraphs by George Slattery & Associates and sessions with Dr. Stephen Alexander, with results reported to the State Attorney's Office.
